Log in error (ZScaler users)

Windows users with the ZScaler proxy running, may have problems with logging in, using internet connection requiring features (Lens Teamwork, LDK, and others) due to the certificates issue.

Error description

When logging in, the following error occurs: UNABLE_TO_GET_ISSUER_CERT_LOCALLY.

Error cause

A self-signed CA certificate is not trusted.

How to solve

• Ensure your operating system trusts the self-signed certificates.
