Lens ID Portal#

Lens ID Portal enables you to manage the following entities:

  • Subscriptions
  • Profile information
  • Account information
  • Billing information

Info

If you need to change an email address associated with your account, contact the support team.

To start using the Lens ID Portal, open https://app.k8slens.dev/home.

Limitations#

You cannot change the email address associated with your account. If your email address has changed, contact the support team to request the email address update.

Home#

On the Home page, you can manage your subscriptions and download an offline activation code.

If you do not have an active subscription, click Add Lens Subscription and choose a subscription plan. Once you have an active subscription, you can opt for another subscription plan by clicking Change Lens Subscription. To stop a subscription, click Cancel subscription.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the subscription period and then expires.

To activate Lens Desktop on an air-gapped machine, click Download activation code. See Offline activation for details.

Settings#

Lens ID settings include configurations of personal data, password, and billing information.

Profile#

On the Profile page, you can edit personal data. Specify your full name and a company in the same-named input fields.

Account#

On the Account page, you can change your username, password, and remove your account.

Billing Details#

In Billing Details, you can:

  • Update payment method
  • Manage Lens subscriptions
  • Review and manage incoming invoices

To add or edit information about the credit card, click Update Payment Method.

Support#

Click Support to open the Lens Support website. Lens Support provides access to manage your tickets and search for answer in the knowledge base.
