Enable OpenAI API billing

When configuring Lens Prism to use OpenAI LLM, you may experience the following error:

  Failed after 3 attempts. Last error: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details...

The most probable reason is that the OpenAI API billing is not enabled.

To enable OpenAI API billing:

1. Log in to the OpenAI Platform and navigate to the Billing menu.
2. Ensure that you have specified a valid payment method in the Payment methods sub-menu.
3. Ensure that you have not reached the API usage limit in the Usage limits sub-menu. If your limit is reached, buy additional credits to use OpenAI API.
