Public cloud services#

You can connect Lens Desktop to various managed Kubernetes cluster services such as Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS), Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and others.

In general, you have to complete the following tasks to add a cluster provided by a managed Kubernetes cluster service:

  • Get an account in the service provider system.
  • Install corresponding tools from the service provider.
  • Create or connect to a cluster using the service provider tools.
  • Merge a newly created cluster into your ~\.kube\config file.
