Invite users to a team space#
Lens paid subscription feature
This page describes different ways of inviting users to a team space.
To invite a new team member to a space:

Open the space settings menu:
Right click on the name space in Navigator.
From the team space, click Manage Space in the Top Bar.

In the following menu, navigate to Members.

Click Invite New Members and select one of the following options:
Type username or email in the Invite New Members to Space input field and press Enter. Select the role for the new member before sending the invitation and click Send invites.
Note
The default role is Member, you can assign Admin and Owner roles. For details, see Roles and permissions in Lens Teamwork.
Click Create Link in the Get Link dialog menu and copy the following link.
Users that join through the link, need to create or log in to the Lens ID and then accept the invitation.
Find pending invitations in Space Settings > Invites. You can observe such things as the user the invitation method, and expiration period. To cancel an invitation, click Options > Revoke.
