Troubleshooting#

When using Lens K8S IDE, you may encounter occasional errors or unexpected behaviour. In this section, you can find guidance on common issues, and steps to resolve them quickly.

  • Log in error (ZScaler users)

    Windows users with the ZScaler proxy running, may have problems with logging in due to the certificates issue.

  • Integrity check error

    Lens K8S IDE internal security mechanism performs checksum verification for various binaries, which can cause problems with running the application.

  • Pod shell connection error

    An error can occur while connecting to a pod shell. It is caused overriding kubectl.exe provided by Lens K8S IDE with the customer binary.
