When using Lens Desktop, you may encounter occasional errors or unexpected behaviour. In this section, you can find guidance on common issues, and steps to resolve them quickly.

  • Log in error (ZScaler users)


    Windows users with the ZScaler proxy running, may have problems with logging in due to the certificates issue.

  • Integrity check error


    Lens Desktop internal security mechanism performs checksum verification for various binaries, which can cause problems with running the application.
