Lens ID Portal#
Lens ID Portal enables you to manage the following entities:
- Subscriptions
- Profile information
- Account information
- Billing information

If you need to change an email address associated with your account, contact the support team.
To start using the Lens ID Portal, open https://app.k8slens.dev/home .
Home#
On the Home page, you can manage your subscriptions and download an offline activation code.
If you do not have an active subscription, click Add Lens Subscription and choose a subscription plan. Once you have an active subscription, you can opt for another subscription plan by clicking Change Lens Subscription. To stop a subscription, click Cancel subscription.
Info
After cancellation, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the subscription period and then expires.
To activate Lens Desktop on an air-gapped machine, click Download activation code. See Offline activation for details.
Settings#
Lens ID settings include configurations of personal data, password, and billing information.
Profile#
On the Profile page, you can edit personal data and set the communication preferences.
Account#
On the Account page, you can change your username, password, and remove your account.
Connected Accounts#
On the Connected Accounts page, you can connect your third-party accounts and your Lens ID.
Billing Details#
In Billing Details, you can:
- Update payment method
- Manage Lens subscriptions
- Review and manage incoming invoices
To add or edit information about the credit card, click Update Payment Method.
Emails#
On the Emails page, you can associate additional emails with your Lens ID.
Support#
Click Support to open the Lens Support website. Lens Support provides access to manage your tickets and search for answer in the knowledge base.
