The Active tab contains the following information:

User email | |
Last Seen | Last user session date |
Subscription | Subscription details |
Activation Date | Subscription activation date |
Options | Options for Lens Business ID administrators |
Add a user to Lens Business ID#
- As a Lens Business ID administrator, click Add Users on the Active tab.
- In the Add Users dialog, select a subscription in the Choose Lens Subscription drop-down list.
- In the Add Users to your Lens Business ID input field, enter user emails. In case of adding multiple users, type the emails and separate them by commas.
An assignee receives an invitation email, creates or logs in to Lens ID, and accepts the subscription seat invitation. In case of signing up to Lens ID, a user has to activate Lens Desktop after accepting the invitation. There are two ways for users to activate Lens Desktop:
-
Online activation
The default option for the Lens Desktop activation. Requires internet connection, you can reassign the subscription seats to other users at any time.
-
The option for isolated (air-gapped) environments. Requires Feature Management enabled. Once enabled, your users can then download an activation code from the Lens ID Portal. In this mode, seats are fixed to the user and no changes will be possible until the end of the subscription term.
Warning
Unassigning an Offline activated subscription seat by the Lens Business ID administrator, switches it to the cancelled state, so no other user can be assigned to the seat until the end of the subscription term.
Manage users#
To add a Lens Business ID administrator, click the Options button in the right column, and select Promote to Admin. The Admin label appears near to a username in the Lens ID column after assigning the administrator role.
If a Lens Business ID user does not have a subscription seat, you can assign it by clicking Options > Assign Subscription. In the following dialog, select a subscription from the drop-down list. Revoke the seat in the same manner.
