Reseller’s guide to purchasing online#

If you are a reseller, and you need to purchase Lens Pro subscriptions online for your customer, complete the following steps:

  1. As the RESELLER in the Lens Store, select Pro.


  2. On the Configure page, specify the following:

    • Number of seats
    • Payment plan


  3. Log in your (RESELLER) Lens ID or create one.


  4. Verify your email address and login to continue checkout process.


  5. Click Create a new Business ID and specify the organization details of your CUSTOMER.


  6. Specify contact information of your (RESELLER) company.


  7. Specify billing details of your (RESELLER) company.


  8. You (RESELLER) should receive two emails:

    • Thank You for Subscribing - with the invoice
    • New Lens Subscription - informing you that your subscription has been created.
  9. Navigate to the Lens ID Portal, and in the drop-down menu in the upper-left corner, select the Lens Business ID of your CUSTOMER.


  10. From the Account page, click Invite Administrator, and specify one or several CUSTOMER email addresses that will administer the account.


  11. The CUSTOMER will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to accept the invitation. If the CUSTOMER does not receive an email please make sure to ask them to look in their spam folder.
