Lens Business ID Troubleshooting#

If you are a reseller, and you need to purchase subscriptions through an invoicing process for your customer, complete the following steps:

Q: I did not receive an invitation email?#

A: Please check your spam folder for an email from no-reply@k8slens. If you have not received an invication please contact support@k8slens.dev.

Q: The adminstrator is not available to access the invitation. Can I send it to another email address?#

A: Yes we can generate another invitation for you by contacting support@k8slens.dev.

Q: The invitation has already been accepted. What should I do?#

A: The administrator has already accepted the invitation. Please log in to the Lens ID Portal and look for your Lens Business ID in the top left drop-down menu.
