Add and change Lens subscriptions#
Find information about the subscriptions of your organization and purchase additional ones from the Lens Business ID Home page.
Add a Lens subscription#
To purchase an additional subscription:
- From the Home page, click Create New Subscription.
- In Lens Store > Configure, specify a number of seats, select a payment plan.
- In Lens Store > Business ID, select an existing or create a new Lens Business ID.
- On the Payment details page, specify contact information and payment card details.
Change a subscription#
You can change the number of seats for the subscriptions purchased in the Lens Store. To change the number of seats in a subscription:
- From the Home page, click Add seats in the Actions column.
- In Manage Subscriptions, specify the new total number of seats and click Update Subscription.
If you specify the fewer number of seats, the changes will take effect in the next subscription period. The following warning appears in the Seats column for such a subscription:
Cancel a subscription#
All subscriptions automatically renew at the expiration date. However, you can stop the renewal by cancelling a subscription. To cancel a subscription:
- Navigate to Billing Details > Subscriptions.
- Against the subscription that you need to cancel, click Options > Cancel to the right from the Status column.
- On the following page, find the subscription you need and click Cancel Subscription.
- In the following dialog click Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the subscription period and then expires.
